Plastic Machineries Strainer TM-SZ001
Our company recommends that our customers use a filter screen system according to their extruder capacities. The melt filter is used to separate particles of plastic external solid impurities left in the melt and metal such as extruder pump or metal which can damage the head.
It is produced according to the latest technology for continuous high capacity operation under high pressure and temperature. The filters produced from completely noble steel first quality certified steel can be easily cleaned and if required, pressure sensor can be installed to provide change warning control
The filter units we produce are manufactured as PRESSURE-SENSITIVE SYSTEM, FILTER TREATMENT CYLINDER CONTROL and hard welded with surface hardness of 62 HRC.
It has been serving for many years without any problems with WHEEL CARRYING ARABASI.
We produce unit machines with filtration diameters from Ø 50 to Ø 300, manufactured as manual and hydraulic piston according to our customer's request.
